Advanced WOD creation and editing Wodlist gives you the flexibility to save, create and edit your workouts with as much or as little detail as you want. Plan using a description, specific exercises, or go as a far as planning the sets, reps, weight and rest. Save or create as many WODs as you want and then just load them whenever you want to do that workout. Log each exercise individually and view progress Most WOD tracking apps just give you notes, but with wordlist you can track each exercise individually and quickly view past exercise progress with the tap of a button to see how you are progressing over time.
